Tax Advising and Representation LLC was founded with the mission to alleviate the stress of IRS income tax compliance challenges for taxpayers, whether they are fluent in English or speak other languages. Our goal is to empower clients to regain control over their IRS tax situations by providing genuine resolutions that lead them from IRS debt to tax relief.
Angie (Anzhela) Gubarev, drawing from her extensive experience alongside numerous tax professionals, identified a significant gap in the level of care and service quality offered to non-English speaking taxpayers. Often, access to high-quality services seemed contingent upon English proficiency. Angie firmly believed that all taxpayers deserve access to top-tier tax resolution professionals.
Thus, Tax Advising and Representation was established to bridge this gap, ensuring that exceptional tax resolution services are accessible to everyone, regardless of language barriers.

My name is Angie Gubarev, and above all, I am a devoted Christian with a deep commitment to my faith in Jesus Christ. I strive to align my life and work with what is most important to my Lord, allowing this foundation of faith to guide all that I do. I am also the founder of the non-profit organization “Children of the Father,” which supports orphanages around the world. As part of this mission, 10 percent of the gross income from Tax Advising and Representation is donated to “Children of the Father.” Additionally, I donate 10 percent of the gross income to Christians United for Israel, as part of my commitment to support the nation of Israel and her people.
Alongside this, I am the owner of Tax Advising and Representation, where I serve as a dedicated tax resolution professional. My passion lies in helping others find peace of mind in their financial situations. From a young age, I have always been driven to stand up for and protect those in need of help. This same spirit is what fuels our work at Tax Advising and Representation, where we represent both businesses and individuals before the IRS, helping them transition from worry to confidence through strategic tax relief solutions.
As an Enrolled Agent with the NTPI Fellow designation from the National Association of Enrolled Agents, and having completed extensive specialized training in tax problem resolution with the American Association of Tax Problem Solvers, I am well-equipped to guide my clients out of IRS debt and into a position of relief. I firmly believe that no one should have to endure stress or intimidation due to IRS debt, and I am here to protect your rights with integrity, compassion, and expertise.
